Add your school
Import your lists from Excel, or from a PDF or photo of last year’s timetable, or type them in. Teachers, rooms, subjects, classes, and what each student chose.

Click Generate
Schedual places every lesson so no teacher, room or student is ever in two places at once, and every subject gets its hours. A whole school takes about five minutes. If something can’t work, like a teacher with too many hours, it tells you exactly what and why.

Publish
Every student and teacher gets their own timetable on the web and in the Schedual app. Their logins and login cards are created for you.

Building a timetable by hand usually takes a coordinator several weeks every summer. Then a teacher leaves, a new option opens, a room closes, and it starts again. Clashes often only show up when students get their sheets.

Students sign in with a username. No email address needed.
Each student and teacher only sees their own timetable, on the web and in the app for iPhone and Android. When a teacher is absent, you pick a qualified, available substitute and the change shows up on the timetables of the people affected.

- Exports
- Pronote, Untis, OneRoster, a calendar link (iCal), and PDF or Excel per teacher, class and room.
