What IB timetable software actually has to solve

Most “school timetable software” was built for national curricula — UK GCSE blocks, French lycée groupes, US homerooms with fixed class lists. Point it at an International Baccalaureate school and it stumbles on the same things every time: it can’t model per-student Diploma schedules, it ignores HL and SL weekly minutes, it treats DP1 and DP2 as a hard partition, and it has no idea what TOK, the Extended Essay or CAS are.
